Shakespeare's Hamlet is one of Shakespeare's 10 tragedies. It is set in Denmark and centers around a young prince named Hamlet. Hamlet's father was recently murdered by his uncle, who, after murdering his father, took the crown of Denmark by marrying his mother. One night, Hamlet's father, King Hamlet, tells him about his uncle Claudius's treachery and tells hamlet to revenge his death, which Hamlet vows to do so.
This play centers around Prince Hamlet's moral struggle of whether or not he should revenge his father's death. Prince Hamlet later devises a plan to find out whether or not the ghost was telling the truth.
